How to Work with Zunch
As you all know, the first step to being successful online is to have a killer Web presence that is visible in the search engines. That’s why most of you have chosen Zunch as your provider.
That being said, occasionally we have problems with the expectations that a client has when they sign on with Zunch. So, in this article, I wanted to take some time to give everyone a few tips on how to get the most out of our services. Some of these tips could give you extreme value over the long-haul – and make us all happier in our working relationships.
The first step in working effectively with Zunch is to make sure that the goals of the program are solid, achievable and most of all, communicated. If you aren’t sure what your goals should be, ask your Zunch Account Director. All of the Zunch Account Directors are very good at what they do and can help you understand what goals are achievable, how long they will take to achieve and what it will take to get there.
One of the most important things to realize is that your other Web initiatives may have an impact on your program with Zunch. If you are making major changes to your Web site, securing partnerships or setting affiliate programs, let your Zunch Account Director know. Typically, the Zunch team will applaud you for your decision and ask if we can help. But sometimes your latest re-design will affect your rankings. You need to understand the impact of your actions, and we’re here to help.
It is also important to understand that good results take time. Whether you are building a site from scratch, running a PPC program, doing naturalized SEO or a combination of all of Zunch’s services, it is important to understand that success won’t come overnight for most. Give us the time to do our work. We’re not asking that we not be held accountable – in fact, we want to be accountable. But realize that building a successful Web presence is a process that takes time. Give us enough time, and there is no business we can’t help become more successful.
