Another of the "distributors of results," LookSmart provides users, and more importantly, other search engines, with listings from its own human-powered directory of web pages, supplemented by information that comes out of a crawler-based web page index. While LookSmart.com is not the most visited of sites, their efforts are aimed at securing partner search engines or portal operators. Supplying crawler-based, human powered directory, and paid inclusion results, LookSmart's largest partner is MSN Search, though they could surely benefit from more associations like that.
